Experience
Working privately with a tutor offers students a chance to learn in a way that big classes and studying alone sometimes fail to provide. My background in psychology taught me that people have different learning styles and speeds. I understand how one-on-one tutoring supports different learning methods and personalities. I make learning fun and stress free for everyone.Currently, I attend USF graduate school where I also work as a teaching assistant. I command the academic skills for classroom success and I want to share them with anyone seeking help. I tutor basic math through more advanced forms of math such as calculus. I also speak Hebrew and Spanish. I understand how to work with students who need summer tutoring and how to prepare for the SAT and other important exams. I instruct AP studio art, environmental science, philosophy, anthropology, psychology, and nutrition courses. I assist students with various levels of reading and writing spanning a multitude of grade levels starting in elementary school and going through to college. I do the same level variance with science.I live in Tampa, Florida, where I spend time on ceramics, drawing, yoga, and running. I got my undergrad from SUNY at Binghamton.
