I received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Environmental Studies from Williams College, and completed a Master of Science in Chemistry at Brandeis University. I have four years experience as a classroom and lab teaching assistant, and three years experience tutoring at the Williams College Resource Center. I have served as a peer tutor and have also worked as a private tutor for three years. I've been very successful working with my tutoring students by finding ways to relate what I'm teaching to each student's interests, activities, or hobbies. Individual sessions with students are geared directly to the way each student can most easily learn and retain our lessons. My specialty is Chemistry, and I look forward to the opportunity to help you or your student get a better grasp of Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, AP Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, Science, High School Chemistry, or College Chemistry. In my free time, I have a wide-variety of interests. I read and write fantasy and science fiction, I like to design games, go stargazing, and practice karate. I also have a huge interest in Dungeons & Dragons, Pokemon, and anything steampunk.
